Oh man I opened Traktor and my collection is gone. Is there any place that traktor saves everything? Shit, I’m fearing the worst.

Check the folder options under settings

Look for a folder called native instruments under your documents. the collection.xml should be right there. also there is a folder called backup which holds a backup.xml after each session.
Sorry its .nml not .xml. Damn traktor 3

Sounds like a corrupted Collection.nml. Usually caused by importing some dodgy mp3s (i mean corrupt not stolen). They can wreak havoc in the collection.
Just import an NML from backup. You may have to do a few until you get the last good, uncorrupted collection.
