Deleted collection on Traktor FML

I looked in the search directory and all around but i couldnt find anything.
I accidentally right click my track collection and hit clear collection for some moronic reason and it deleted all my playlists and the way i had it ordered and divided by genres and collections.
Please does anyone know how to undo this… or i am pretty much screwed over.?

Find the directory that your collection was saved to. There should be an .nml file in there. Import that file and your music should re-appear, assuming you didn’t delete the files themselves.

There are backups of your collection in your Traktor folder

/Users/“Username”/Documents/Native Instruments/Traktor2.X.X

Import the last backup Traktor made. Refer to the documentation
