Controlling Traktor FX Units 3&4 with Kontrol S5?

So Im torn between upgrading from my S4 MK1 to a S5 or a S4 MK2. The biggest issue I’m having with the S5 is that its hard coded and you cannot alter the mapping (which I have done extensively on my S4). Does this mean I am limited to only FX until 1&2 using just the S5 hardware? I have mapped my S4 to toggle between the them much like you toggle between decks C&D. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If the hardware remapping is your only concern than you should consider ordering an S4 MK2 or maybe grab a secondary controller for effects to go with the S5.
