I think any of those will work, however they all seem to be 8 way digital sticks. Because the midifighter only has 4 digital inputs you will only be able to use up down left right, the corner contacts wont work.

Also I think an analog joystick would be way more fun, those sticks are really just buttons on a stick, no CC values…
