Demo Mix Tracks: Extended Mix vs. Short Mix Tracks
Ladies and Gents,
I’ve recently done my first demo, and I had a friend tell me to use the shorter mixes of songs (like Radio mixes) instead of the Extended mixes of songs.
When mixing (either at a show or in a demo), do you prefer to use a shorter mix or the extended mix of a song? And what is your thought process behind using either one?
