Sadly ive had alot of experience of being ****ed over because i didnt have a contract and since have learnt to allways have a signed contracts no matter how big or small the job. With a contract there is clearly no agrueing to what the conditions of your employment was and you will have no troubles agrueing that in court should it come to that.
