Mobile DJ Contracts
Hello,
Getting a few more of the mobile DJ (wedding/birthday/) gigs as of late and am wanting to draw up a contract, mainly to cover my back, but also to give a professional look and for the customers piece of mind.
Been searching and a lot of what I’ve found is either really old or really bloated.
What are the bits of information I should be putting in (other than dates/venue/payment)?
i.e. what happens in the event of, say, an accident and I can no longer make the gig. The size of area required to set up, that sort of thing.
Is there anything I should be putting in by law?
