DJ control - midi over wifi dj app for android

so, i just installed this app: http://www.androlib.com/android.application.com-bti-djcontrol-zwmnx.aspx called dj control. The interface is basically a hercules rmx controller but on your android screen. midi yoke as well as a server must be installed on your pc. I’ve installed everything correctly along with the recommended hercules tsi on traktor but i still can’t get the damned thing to work!

Anyone try this out already? If you did get it to work, please explain how because those who have gotten it to work say it works great.

Do you have to correct in/out ports selected in Traktor?

yes, the DSMI server ws set to “in from midi yoke 2” and “out to midi yoke 1” and the tsi on traktor was set to “in from midi yoke 1” and “out to midi yoke 2”

it just seems like im missing a step or something for the signal from my phone to get through to the computer.

both devices are connected on the same wifi connection. Is there a way to pair them both with a wired connection before using it wirelessly?
