DJ stores in London
Hey peeps,
i need to upgrade my current setup (2xCDJ1000mk3’s, DJM600 etc) and i wanna know where you guys shop in london???
i def wanna stay with pioneer gear so im just looking to see why you guys and girls shop.

im living in ireland, so shopping in london is a very rare thing for me.
but the west end dj store is top dog if ya ask me, then again all i got to compare it too is a little crappy dj store here in dublin 
im sure you already know the store, if not, heres the link…
im sure there is plenty of choice over there, but the dj stores suck over here, and they suck big time and the staff dont know there asses from there elbows
westenddj is a great place, very nice people, very helpful and is v. v. close to the nearest tube station. But there is also Decks.co.uk’s store, i think that would best suit you as they have a big showroom with all of their DJ stuff on show (esp. pioneer) but that shop is uphill from the nearest tube, there is a bus service though tube-to-shop in 5 mins. prices are around the same. but i feel like westend is more friendly. hope that helped!

i saw something about discount codes for decks.co.uk are they still working? does anyone know?
i really really want my pioneer gear so if those codes work then thatll be a huge bonus

I dno, sign up to their mailing list cos they send them out all the time. There’s something on the front page of the website about a pioneer cashback deal.
They were still working yesterday so I assume theyre on for a while longer, picked up an mc6000 with the 10off code. E mail said pioneer, denon, NI n Allen & heath! 5 percent off everything else, pretty sweet deal
so does that mean that ill get 10% off my pioneer stuffs or 5%? therobe you are my hero!!

Let me know what the MC6000 is like if you could once you’ve had a play on it. On my list of possible upgrades/switch of equipment along with the Twitch. Don’t particularly ‘feel’ the S4 though, and it’s a tad pricey for me. May stretch to the MC6000 with a good 10% off deal from Decks though!
Had a go on it last night and I have to say first impressions are really good, its just got a great feel to it, aswell as being a standalone mixer. Ive read alot of good reviews on it so far. Theres a good review on djtt home page, Unless you have bohemoth giant hands, the tightness of the layout wont affect you.
with those discounts everyone can be minted i gues lolz
2000s are still gna set you back a few grand though!
