While the DJTT staff do come on here from time to time, most of us have no affiliation and there’s nothing we can do. And to be honest, I wouldn’t call your story particularly bad. I’ve experienced MUCH worse customer service than that from other companies.

No one, I mean no one gets repair jobs shipped back to you in 4 days. If they tried, good on them, but if you had a piece of gear from any other manufacturer you’d be waiting several weeks at least. I’m sure they’ll get back to you soon.

I think i saw a post that someone got an autoreply that they were at Cochella this weekend/week.

I don’t think they all went, but the popularity of this site has been growing massively recently and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re struggling to cope with the volume.

You have no idea what bad customer service is.

Damn, dude. I think you were asking a whole lot to get them the MF on Wednesday, and expecting to have it fixed and sent back to you by the following Friday. I would just give them a call. Personal opinion, but I thought it was also kind of messed up to put whoever Tony is on blast like that too.
