the most DVS support a sample deck for your special purpose.
you can also use any DAW which you can use as a one-shot-sampler
you can also use a third CDJ deck with an selfmade oneshot-samplecd in it.
you can use every sound source like your ipod or cellphone also ^^

OP - Need a bit more info about your plans to use the Numark Mixdeck.
Are you going to be using the mixdeck as a controller with a laptop and software (traktor, serato, etc) or where you thinking of using as a stand alone cd deck or with a USB stick (i notice it has all options)
Both Traktor and Serato have sample banks that are perfect for your “drops”…
If you use traktor and “internal” mixing mode then i notice the Mixdeck has a 3rd fader so you could dedicate one of the channels to the name drops.
If you are using traktor though there may be better options for you.
An S2 and an AKIA LPD8 to trigger samples for example…
