I was wondering if any of you have heard of Gamebooster by IObit. It’s a free software and it’s supposed to speed up your games by ending processes, defragging certain folders, switching your power plan and increasing computer performance overall with the click (or slide) of a button. I’ve been using it when playing games but I just realized it could also be useful for DJing and helping to keep the system running with minimal processes. Here’s the link if anybody is interested: Download Advanced SystemCare 19 Free: Clean, Tune-up and Optimize Windows.
My question is…Based on what it can do, Do you think this would be a useful tool? So far I’ve used it and it seems to work pretty well even if I’m not running a game. Any opinions on it would be great. Also, if you have a better suggestion, I’d like to know.
Ahh looks like that option has already been explored. I have to reformat my computer since it’s getting really messy with all kinds of random files here and there. Not sure whether I should go the windows route (Vista. fml) or OSX Leopard. If I go the PC route looks like I’ll be using gamebooster a lot more. Recently downloaded the final version and replaced my beta only to find out that you have to pay for the other options that were originally part of beta.
