First mixer suggestions

I am looking for a 2 or 3 channel mixer for an external mixing setup. The main candidates are the Dj-tech dif 1s, the berhinger nox series , and the A&H xone 22. I’d like to have an effects loop or integrated effects, but a really solid eq would do just as well. I don’t like pioneer. My budget is $100-$250. Anybody have any suggestions?

I would stay away from the xone22. Love the way it sounded but I hated the filter pop. Here is the xone 23 for a good price. It get decent reviews. https://www.digitaldjgear.com/allen-heath-xone-23-2-plus-2-channel-dj-mixer.html?gclid=CjwKEAiAyO_BBRDOgM-K8MGWpmYSJACePQ9Coh0LRhHpzAkGRUP50XWL7Keu2ab4gLviDzzAVQ3ruhoCjezw_wcB

I like the NOX mixers. And there is plenty of functionality to hold your interest past learning the basics.

Xone23 or 23c (if budget allows).
DJM-400 (still a good choice, has only one flaw - no XLR outputs)
second hand X600 (seen several mint condition units on ebay and here go for 250$)

Ecler nuo 2.0 is best imo.

I started with a Nuo 2.0, worked fine. I would go Xone 22 these days tho.

Is there a way to turn off the crossfader or it has to be centered if you want to only use the line faders?

Bump

how do you guys feel about the djtech djm 303

Nice. Are holes drilled for the wood panels or there are already holes on the chassis? Has the sound improved after the conversion from linear faders? Did this fix the problem with sudden jumps in volume?

Holes need to be drilled on the sides as there are not there already, the sound improved especially after the +6db phono boost mod. This means you dont have to crank the input in order to trigger the vu  No sudden jumps have been noticed. Also crossfader is bypassed so both chanels are on 100% (pre mix).
