GAME: Guess who sampled this.

So here’s how it goes

I’ll start.

I post a clip you have to guess what song uses the sample,

if you guess then you get to post the next one.

RULES:
1:stuck_out_tongue:lease check the end of the thread for most recent.
2:stuck_out_tongue:lease post the ORIGINAL SONG and we have to name who sampled that.
3:You can only post a new challenge if you guessed who sampled the track.
4:No using youtube comments, or Whosampledwho

I’ll start with a really easy one, start at 4:00, no looking at YouTube comments, honor system guys!

I think we’re meant to pick a source, aren’t we? Not a song that uses a sample. Basically the reverse of the age old “What song does this sample?”

Although Lil’ Wayne I recall did a freestyle over that beat, which I don’t think classes as a song, the original was the Boom Clap Bachelors.

Here’s mine, I’m not telling you when the sample comes in because, you’ll know when you hear it!

I think a few people sampled it, but as soon I heard the vocal I knew it was…

and now I’ll go, who sampled this, you’ll know as soon as you hear the synth.

I forgot the song has been heavily sampled, however, I meant this one:

From 2001. Interestingly it’s called Salsoul Nugget, and the song you posted was called Nuggetz, which leads me to believe they may have sampled both M&S and the original. Double sample!

Yeah, I’m looking through Faze Action, Munk, Golden Bug…everything. I’m stumped, so many songs have a similar synth but aren’t obviously sampled.
