Having issues with my S4..:disappointed:

I’m having issues with my S4.

  1. Songs do not load on any deck.
  2. I can’t play any of the bottoms of the S4. Is like frozen, I can only play songs and control everything thru the software/computer.

I wil appreciate yall helps..

Check if the default mapping is loaded in the Controller Manager. If not:

Add (the one under the device selection box)> Native Instrumets > Kontrol S4 > Default

If that doesn’t work:

Preferences > Kontrol s4 > Restore

Tried all of that and nothing;(

everything else works, but the loading of the songs…

Is the “Load Track” option selected in the S4 control options pane in Preferences?

Unplug the power supply and the usb cable. Reconnect and try again.

It does not let me do it (click on it)

Try updating Traktor.
