S4 problem…please help

Hi guys,
I’m having issues with my S4. Brought it back home after a usb connector fix from a local shop and now play and load button dont work. I downloaded the new version from Native Instrument website and still dont work..:thinking::thinking: others button work with no problem..please give me some advise or how do I correct this problem…

Have you tried deleting the S4 mapping then re-importing it?

If that doesn’t do it I would start a support ticket with NI

Sorry for the question.. where the s4 mapping is located?

Preferences, controller manager, top of the page

If under warranty, send it back. Sound like a hardware problem.
