Yes, and all other sound cards are disabled including on board sound. For sound output options it only gives me channel 1 and channel 0 for the VCI 300.
The VCI has a built in sound card which means it needs drivers to work. Sometimes windows can use default built in drivers, but they are drivers non the less.
I bet you this is your problem.
Another option is to make sure you have set the VCI has a surround sound card under your speaker settings, windows has a habit of hiding multiple outs if the speaker config is not set correctly, especially when using the generic built in drivers.
It does not require drivers according to this article. Also, I have tried multiple speaker setup settings in the Advanced Audio Properties section in Sounds and Audio Devices Properties. Everything works fine except for headphone cuing.
