Help finding the right mixer
I appologize in advnaced i may just be wording my google searches wrong. But are there any 4 channel mixers currently on the market with 2 cue monitors with individual mixes?

You mean so that 2 DJ’s can have a pair of earphones EACH, and EACH have separate mixes routed to EACH pair of headphones?
No.
You’d be better off having TWO separate TWO channel mixers. To hear what the other DJ is playing, you could route both mixers to one of these:
Expensive.
OR - you could just get creative with some splitter cables and in-line volume knobs to allow you to hear what the other guy is doing.

yeah i was thinking a simple splitter would work easiest and cheapest. hoping that will be a feature in the next generation of equipment. thank you!
if anyone else was also wondering i have found a 4ch mixer that has 2 independent cue monitor mixes. ill give you a hint, its the most expensive thing DJTT sells.
The new mixer called the Model1, developed for (and by) Richie Hawtin, may fit the bill for you. It was designed for collaboration and seamless transition between DJs in the booth. Its got a new paradigm for EQing than most dj mixers and is expensive, but is a specialty tool for a different type of performance and performer. May be worth a look. http://playdifferently.org/
Honestly this is a feature I wish was on more mixers. A xone:92 upgrade with two cues would make me so happy.
