Hmm, do I still need to be using this sound card?

Hey guys,

To explain a bit better. I’ve got an M-Audio Fast Track Pro. I bought it when I was messing around with Ableton and a few other devices.

Now I’m just back DJing again only using a VCI-100 and my laptop. However I’m still running my audio out via the Fast Track Pro.

Just to streamline my setup even more and free up another USB slot. Would you notice a difference if I was just to use the headphone output on my laptop? Even in a club?

The one gig I am playing at the moment, without going into it, I don’t really get get the chance to sound test.

apart from the headphone out. the sound quality is mostly really bad compared to a nice sound interface..
