How long until approval of single posts?

How long does it normally take for single posts to get approved?
~24 hours seems like a rather long time, participating in threads isnt really an option like this

Posts get normally reviewed in the first 48hs by the moderator team. We are a small team and try to keep the wait times as small as possible.
You are past the 5 post threshold so you can post freely.
Yeah this gets a bit annoying could be a couple more moderators
