How to go back to logic Pro X

Hey all,

Ive been using Logic Pro X for quite awhile now, from the start I never liked the new UI. At first I thought that I would get used to it but that never happened. I`ve been searching the internet for quite awhile and im trying to find out how can i make the UI back to how it was in logic 9?

Any help would be great thanks.

What specifically don’t you like about it? I generally like 10 a lot more than 9, especially the new EQ UI. There are a few customizations you can make but not really on the “skin” level.

I hate the left side panel, it looks made for a 5 year old. I have to agree with you the general EQ UI is great but somethings I would like to take out for good.

Spelt is perfectly acceptable, here in the UK at least…

[edit] Just noticed I actually spelt Bitwig wrong.. it was auto corrected to ‘bigwig’. fail reply :disappointed:

There’s not much you can do about the garage band inspired skeuomorphic fader design. Then of course there’s ridiculous “drummers”

I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the everything-must-be-flat ableton live UI design.

Have you considered just uninstalling Logic X and reinstalling Logic 9? I’ve never used X so I guess I don’t know what I’m missing :sunglasses:
