how would i sync this properly ?

how would i sync this properly ?

okay lets say im using 3 decks in tp

B + D =135 bpm ( elcetro tracks )

then i want to introduce the fill for a dubstep in deck A

sync all to 135, but as the fill builds…

i need to increase to 140ish for the dub track.

how can i sync all 3 and raise bpm without any glitch ???

  • thanks guys

increasing the master deck’s tempo will cause (if sync active) that all sync’d decks will follow.

Use the master BPM clock and when you want to increase the BPM off all the tracks together just increase the master clock and they will all follow in synch.

2 for the price of one - bargains galore here!

You don’t need to increase the bpm that quickly either. 135-140 isn’t that much difference for dubstep.

Although I would’ve thought 135 would be a bit quick for electro!

n’ah.. average speed for breaks/electro stuff is between 130-138 depending on sub-genre. but it works

not sure I’d say average. about 99.99999% of electro is at or around 128bpm.

might just be the stuff i buy… ‘rana june’ ears maybe, hear a track and say “that’s exactly 131.56383549836351 bpm” and so buy it as it’s above 130…

thanks guys, and noted most of electro is 128, but i like to speed things up just a little bit  i always have my keys set to zero, so no huge difference is made.

i really think i need a walk thru :disappointed: its just not working, and i would need to map it as well

**:disappointed: still need help syncing, *SUPER IMPORTANT, NEED DETAILS ***

okay, here is my issue again…

i will have 3 decks playing @133.50 bpm,
echo fade one deck out
then increase the other 2 decks, synced, smoothy to ~142 bpm
then continue with the set.

ive been trying for days to get it mapped correctly, but nothing seams to work in tp 1.2.7

i know its simple but at this point i cant find a solution :disappointed:

if you have one, please give details !

Wait…what’s the issue? You just kind of state what you want to do, not how.

And please don’t re-create threads. Your old thread was fine, just re-state your question. Keep asking in the same thread instead of creating a new one each time. Thank you.

Deck A : electro track 133.5 bpm
Beck B : Acapella ( Key Locked ) synced to 133.5
Deck C : Dubstep ( key Locked ) synced to 133.5

durring the fade-out of deck A, i want to start the fade in of deck C.
while having a simple looping acapella over the A+C

Echo fade out deck A,
raise Deck B+C to ~142 before the dubstep drop.

keeping B+C synced, and slowly increasing from 133.5 to ~142 is the issue

you need to set master to B or C before you start raising them. And as everyone has said you still haven’t explained what you’re using, here’s a list of what people need to help you:

Controller:
Mapping:
List of commands your trying to use:

As long as you set one deck to the master tempo and change that fader the other deck will stay in sync if you have sync turned on. I hope that helped.

merged. carry on

this.

how do i keep the sync active ?

Controller: vci-100, 2 octave keyboard, Midi-fighter
Mapping: custom, no djtt .tsi files
List of commands your trying to use: ? sync, ?multi pitch bend?, master clock ?

set it to “toggle” not "hold’
