This even happen with two tracks… on every mixer ever created.

I like my DDM4000 however will be upgrading when financially possible for a few reasons:
Ive only had the mixer 5 months:
- The push back of one of my effect rotary knobs has broken
- all of my channel fader heads are loose, bound to be pulled off any day.
- the right side of my channel 1 line input needs to be held with pressure against the input socket or nothing gets through. So i have to brace it against the back of the mixer.
To have these issues after such a short time is a bit disappointing. Especially considering this could be such a good mixer for the price point if only the quality was a little higher.
That’s why my next mixer will be a Xone. 
That’s why if anything goes wrong in the first year I’ll be utilising the warranty.
If it’s more than a year I’ll dig out my soldering iron.
If it last a couple of years then I’ll be happy, then I can either replace it and still have spent less than a premium mixer, or I can then spend more and get some sickness (I think the mixer market is slightly stuck between the old and the new at the minute).
+1 to that. I use mine to take the BPM off an acapella on vinyl, send it to Ableton for a tempo AND the clock on my MPK25 to keep all the arp’s and note repeats in sync. Also works well to keep Ableton and Traktor in sync for clips and the like. (Although TSP2’s sample decks and loop recorder pretty much negate what I use Ableton for in my sets now!)
I also agree with the “Save Settings” gripe though… It’s slightly annoying having to set your crossfader, effect routings and effect settings every time I turn my mixer on!

Indeed! Just set your MPK clock to external (Edit->Global->Midi Clock).
Brilliant. Just lots of life to get out the way and then I can get back to tinkering about!
