Another idea might be to see if you can dual boot osx or use a hackintosh on the cheap.
Also, my idea, a while back was to use a non computer external clock source, for which the cheapest and most accurate I could find was the midipal:

The thinking was to try and remove any dependence on the windows os, especially if it midi clock handling is being forceably reprioritized all the time.
But, slaving traktor/maschine off this via a DIN cable still gave me drift issues.
I really hope that NI would integrate Maschine as another type of Traktor deck in the near future, it surely wouldn’t be too hard for them to do, or alternatively implement midi time code, its already in ableton
