I feel embarrassed, if anyone wants any work doing Id do it for cheap since funds are low. Done artwork for a few peoples tracks and a flyer for quite a big events company, so Im sure I could come up with something decent

Sobi, sorry for late reply, saw this and meant topostthe otherday… I see what your saying, will take into consideration…Im lucky that the guy that ended up doing my logo ended up living not far from me… he’s happy to work with me and all i need do is shoot him an email and the next day I have another variation of the logo… Ill end up with around 10 different versions of it, ill change them in and out as it suits me, one as you mentioned without the headphones, another as straight colour, etc etc.

… sick logo and tattoo, might i suggest gimp (www.gimp.org) it is a free open source program that is similar to photoshop. There are many tutorials online and cool addons. happy spinning
Won’t recommend you anything else the Adobe PS but if you want something top you gotta try Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
I could be wrong here seeing that I had limited experience with it in the professional area, but isn’t indesign for layout, and not image editing?

Never ever do a logo in Photoshop. Photoshop is raster, and thus not freely transformable without quality loss. Illustrator is a vector graphics program, and as such, everything you make will be completely resizable without any quality loss, as you’re really just creating points.
