Im just in design stage of my dj logo, im using 99 designs, however I didnt really take advantage of the many designers inputs as I loved the first entrent from the get go… heres a few of the examples, ranging from simpler to the design getting a little busy… good news is I can use all the variations of the design…
Im also trying to set up my onesheet page and became a little stuck when trying to add the background, I assumed you could add a background then add say your logao on the forground but it seems you need to design the one picture/design first. I have a mac and wanted to know what programs would be roccomended that i could use to edit blend my design. Im 100% new to using such a program, the simple the better
Please don’t take offense when I say this, but if you are asking what program to use to make a background, you don’t possess the design skill to create even a half decent one. Just pay someone to do it, and you’ll get something you can be happy with. Trust me on this… I’m a photoshop power user, work as a photo editor/design illustrator for one of the top 50 websites in the world, and have been in the creative arts for over a decade.
If it could, I doubt you could, as your lack of avatar points indicates to me your lazy, only further demonstrated by your aswome sig below… killin itttt…its mentuuuul.
On a serious note however, getting someone to design a logo for you is the best choice but I personally don’t see the issue with the one you have, I like it alot actually - yes the colour does make it look a little like a veg but thats personal preference - which is what, at the end of the day, it is all about!
Little bit of constructive criticism. Lose the wire of the headphones. It takes away from what can be a very clean design. Also, is there any particular reason you only have one “r” in narrah highlighted that will be obvious to followers? if not, lose the highlight, or do the other R as well. It will balance it out and not make it so left heavy.
Other than that, it’s good. Personally, I’d lower all text, so that the bottom of “here to stay” lines up with the bottom of your logo, and the top of narrah down to the top of what looks like the second main “leaf”.
I am, but frankly… you can’t afford me. lol. Maybe if I can figure out how to squeeze more hours into the day I can get back into freelance work. Oh wait. Not living on this forum might help that!
