I believe the iPhone is getting the same treatment, great news for sure.
I bought my gf one for her Birthday, was alot of money for me (am broke now), but she is worth it.
Now it’s even more worth it 
I think this is Apple doing what they do, cornering, creating and moving into nich market. Love 'em or hate 'em i think they’ve done well to realise the use the ipad is receiving from musicians and act on it.
