KRK Rokit 6 suddenly no audio after 2 hours of use

I just received a pair of KRK Rokit6’s monitors and had them running for about two hours at very low levels. Not sure what happend but one of the monitors the audio just stopped working, light is still on, I can feel the back is warm (not hot). I also tested two different sources, plus all three connections (XLR, 1/4", RCA). Has anyone seen this issue before? Something common with active monitors?

Pretty sure it needs to be sent back to KRK but wanted to ask the group before I did that.

seems pretty odd that both just stopped working. one would be plausible for me to happen, but both :confused: that really strange.

I think he is saying only one isn’t working. I think it needs to go back to KRK

Faulty unit, send it back to KRK or the shop you bought it from.
