Laptop Stands for a 17"

Had a Uberstand by Stanton for my old 15" MBP, but I recently upgraded to a 17" because I like huge screens ^.^ … Problem is that my 17" doesn’t fit onto the Uberstand, any recommendations? Will my 17" work well on a crane? Thanks ahead of time!

is the one i got, but they had an error in their system that when i ordered it, i only paid 79.95 for it. note: specs show they are the same size for the laptop tray and base.

the thing is just so solid. a lot of ppl might complain its heavy, bulky, hard to break down or whatever, but ive had people slam into the table i was mixing on and it was so steady. would definitely recommend either of these.

also, i have a 17" and it has about 2" additional on the side, so youre good there.

I agree with you, and will have to buy this bad-boy… I’m totally sturdy over portability! Holy crap though, $100 for a tray?!

ya i dunno if thats another mistake or what. at one point, all their stands were labeled as 79.95. had a friend at guitar center price-check it and he confirmed it was a glitch.

while the stand is nice (i put my evo 4g on it, charge via mbp, and leech wifi when im out), i dont have a serato device. not sure if you do, or how easy it would be to just set the thing on your decks / case.

nice. yeah, those prices make no sense right now, but good on ya for benefiting from their possible mistake (sale?)

for my apc 40. does what it needs to, but i think eventually i will upgrade to a smaller attachable RR stand for it. just lacks the stability in the RR.

I’ll hold off on that guy, I hate marathon/Odyssee stands… So frustrating to setup…

haha like i said, im a fanboi. after i saw the quality of their stand and matched it with their case, im pretty much on their side.

hell, even ellaskins reviewed their cases and liked em. they came highly recommended by my friend who is a sales manager at guitarcenter. i just like passing in the good word where i know ppl will be pleased. :stuck_out_tongue:
