Laundry Rooms Make Good Tables Apparently

I don’t actually keep them on there when the washer’s going :stuck_out_tongue: It’s just a nice height for playing.

Glad to hear it. I was cringing a little bit… lol

Hey man he’s into a clean mix

+3, very well executed

No one noticed that they are top loaded washing machines, there was no way that he was going to have his gear on top whilst washing.

Sorry dude but you’re wrong.

Well atleast one of them is top loaded, what was he going to do… decide that his washing must be done, lift his mixer, find a place to rest it without having to unplug it, then do the same for one of his cdj’s… put a load of washing on, then put back his mixer then the cdj, then start using his gear whilst the machine was running. I took one look at the photo and assumed that he wouldnt have his gear there whilst washing, why, because it dosnt make sense… im just saying.

who cares

im still sure they are both top loaded :unamused:

Not that anyone cares, and the point’s pretty asinine in the first place, but the washer is top loading and the dryer’s front loading - this much is pretty clear in the first pic. That said, he still could conceivably run the dryer or shift the setup over to get clothes into the washer. All you’ve done is point out another practical flaw though - having to move your setup every time you do laundry. That said, at least it would avoid the vibration issue  Regardless it’s a setup I’d avoid if I could at all; I’m assuming the OP’s a bit constrained by room though for them to be there in the first place, so more power to him for finding somewhere he could set them up to begin with.

Example Sentences with the asinine comparisons and examples.

As he meditates on the inevitably asinine questions attendees will ask,

he concocts stories about those around him.

Your logic here is simply asinine.

Stop trolling. My original point that it’s not the best location for a setup stands for the reasons that both I and other people posted. I even qualified it with, “if those machines are actually in use,” and complimented his setup. My post had a constructive purpose - to give the OP the heads up that the location of his setup was potentially dangerous to his investment, just in case he hadn’t thought about it. That kind of thing does happen and I’ve seen it on here before. Your post, on the other hand, was simply “haha, you’re technically wrong about this minor detail” when the discussion with the OP about the location had already been settled. He said that he didn’t play on the setup while the machines were running, to which I replied that I was glad. I was done with it at that point, and no one else was continuing to talk about it aside from you. That’s simply flaming for flaming’s sake since the OP had already made it clear that there wasn’t an issue.

You tried to point out that the machines are top-loading; sorry, I didn’t look that closely at the photo and then pontificate about whether or not he’d have to move the setup. After he said that he didn’t play with them while the machines were running, the discussion was done. I saw several thousands of dollars of equipment sitting on laundry machines ready to potentially be destroyed over time by vibration, dust, and whatever might get spilled on it and I was a bit concerned. I know if I posted my setup and I had some potentially serious issue with it like that could cause me to lose my gear, I would hope that people would have the same courtesy give me the heads up.

As for your error - it helps to not make an incorrect statement when you’re pointing out how someone is wrong in his/her statement. Also, I’m not sure what you mean by “concocting stories” since I did nothing of the sort. If you’re here to troll and be a dick for no particular reason, 4chan is -----> that way. Don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

Regardless, I’m done with you. I’ll not “feed the troll.” I’ve had a reasonable discussion with the OP and I don’t have anything else to contribute here, so I’m going to not continue derailing this thread. Feel free to keep misusing the word asanine and continue your discussion of top-loading washers though. Fight that good fight.

Superb reply.

I love the setup.

Im pretty sure they are slot loaders :stuck_out_tongue: Wha wha whaaaaaaaaa

Are you serious right now, you need to read everything I wrote again… is this the face of a troll… :unamused:

Your trolling yourself, as in, your reading things that aren’t there, is there a little troll on your shoulder whispering in your ear, you should look into that before you misconstrue what others have written. The asinine reply was tounge and cheek dude, I read it and didn’t know what asinine meant, so i checked it in the dictionary, the examples given I posted for the benefit of those here, either so that they could laugh or help them to understand what you meant by asinine but most of all that kind of reply is a part of my sense of humor, granted not all find it funny, case in point, you. however, It obviously struck a midi note with you. Best you keep the thesaurus on the shelf if you cant take what was so obviously a joke, better still, take the thesaurus and smite the troll / chip on your shoulder.

I guess now i am trolling or feeding the troll, im confused… my initial reply was going to be “dude…really” but hey, I guess you brought it out in me.
