Hey guys/gals this is my first post, I’ve been lurking for a while, but I decided not to post anything until now.
Anybody heard of this little controller here?
Its called the Ohm, and its produced by a company called Livid. As far as I know, they make other sorts of midi controllers. This one caught my attention because it looks like a monome controller, only it has pots and faders (which is what the monome is missing in my opinion). Livid is selling them for just under $800 USD
Anyway, they have a wooden desktop version and a rack-mount version
They’re mostly just demonstration videos by Livid. I have yet to see any footage of anyone actually using this device. I just thought this was interesting and I figured maybe you all would like it.
i totally fell in love with this controller, cause it has some wooden parts and a wooden crossfader.
