looking to buy an S2 need help

i am looking to buy a tractor S2
is there a way to switch between decks A and B to decks C and D and then control decks C and D? or i will be able to just control the volume of decks C and D?

also will i be able to use an external audio source into deck C for instance using an audio interface as my main audio router?

so the S2 C and D decks are sample decks where S4 are Full decks?

There are some mapping that can achieve this, in midi mode or native mode.

no, deck c and d can also be full track decks regardless of the hardware you are using. any deck can be used as either a sample/remix deck or a track deck.

Deck C and D can only be controlled directly through your laptop or with another controller like midifighter if you set them as trackdecks. Best for the S2 are the Sample/Remix Decks! I got the S2 and i dont miss those Trackdecks at all…
