I recently got a Maschine for normal use (production with the Maschine software) and for use with traktor.
Im making a mapping wich is quite big, the 16 pads alone need 256 mapping assignments to work in the way i want them to…
Im about halfway thru the mapping process, and started adding some LED feedback.
The LEDs work fine as they are suppost to, so the mapping is good. Then at some point they freeze. The midi input still works, but the LED that were lit are frozen on, and the rest is off.
The only way to reset, is pul out the usb cable and start the unit again…
anyone experienced something like this?
Is the problem in tsi file size? the maschine unit itself?
all help would be much appreciated!!
Are bluetooth and wifi off? I don’t know that that would make any difference, but those two things do periodic scans searching for a network or connection. Time machine is a periodic thing that can pull resources as well.
no one else has any idea?
I already tried splitting the tsi in several files. didn’t work…
I still loose LED feedback after a while. And sometimes even the midi control.
The only way to get my maschine working in midi mode again I have to restart my mac. That’s why I think the problem is in my mac settings and not in the maschine or traktor software or maschine hardware.
Maybe this is an old post, but did any of you guys solved it by now?
I’m also having this issue, but I broke it down a little bit..
While Maschine is connected directly (internal mode) the leds might hang or freeze for a while, sometimes I have to activate a modifier again.
But when I host my Maschine on a second computer and connect to Traktor by midi, the leds are fine, no issues..
