Mashup Software by MIK/PN

Mashup Software by MIK/PN

Anyone tried this out or was part of the beta?

Looks and functions like a 2 deck version of Mixmiester, in fact very much like it.

nice tool…but its just an other software programme thats gona take the fun out of mixing i think

We already had a thread going on about it a few weeks back but I can’t find it

me neither. They had the beta available, but they sent out an email today that it was released. Wondering if anyone was part of the beta for some feedback. For 39.00 look like an easy solution. Instrumental + Vocal + perhaps easier “warping”. Could be some quick and easy mashups.

I’ve been a registered MIK user since September 2007 so I think I’m on the lifetime VIP list (lol) - does anyone how I can download this for free? or am I not eligible?

Still requires a bit of musical skill

So, now it’s bad that making music requires musical skill?

I’m fairly certain that was tounge-in-cheek.

I’m not entirely certain anyone considers the use of this program as making music :stuck_out_tongue:

I was on the beta list; downloaded it, used it for about a half hour and then got really bored. I’m sure it would be cool if I was a mashup artist or wanted to mash two specific songs together and wanted the software to do all the hard work, but to me it kinda took the fun out of it. It wasn’t any less fun than using, say, Ableton to do the same thing, and a lot easier, so if that’s the kind of thing you’re looking for it might be worthwhile.

I’ve been getting more into doing mash ups recently. This looks like it could be fun and make life a little more easy.

I’ve been using Traktor to make my mash ups up to now, so this maybe a little bit better IMO. A simpler solution.
