MF Pro: Cue Master - Blocks after a random time

Everytime when i’m playing with my MF Pro it blocks after a random time. The lights from the buttons wich i pressed stay on and when I touch an other button the LED from the button just go on but the button him self don’t work. :confused:
Is there someone who can help me with this problem?

Try re importing the mapping for your MF Pro

I Already try that 3 times but it doesn’t work.

You gonna have to use the support tab,
just don’t re flash, hopefully the updater and new firmware will be out soon
that will hopefully fix all the problems that have been happening
