Midi fighter midi notes?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can give me a list of which midi notes the midifighter sends on each button. I want to use the midifighter mapping with a different controller and I would like to know the notes so I can just change them in my controller instead of changing the notes in Traktor and messing everything up. in case it helps these are the notes i made that show how the 4banks mode differs from the normal mode (4banks is used by the instant grat mapping):

normal mode

C3    C#3   D3    D#3
G#2   A2    A#2   B2
E2    F2    F#2   G2
C2    C#2   D2    D#2

4 bank mode

C-1   C#-1  D-1   D#-1
G#2   A2    A#2   B2
E2    F2    F#2   G2
C2    C#2   D2    D#2

(replace octave 2 with 3,4,5 for other banks in rows 2,3,4)
