MIDI fighter twister sends MIDI note

I am using a MIDI fighter twister with the latest firmware update.

I have programmed (through the utility) a knob to send out CC messages and when it is pressed, to do a shift encoder toggle and send out a different CC message. The issue I have is when I press the knob, it sends out a MIDI note, even though it is programmed as CC.

How can I eliminate the sending of the MIDI note (the notes that are sent are the default values in the Appendix 1 of the user manual).

Same here. Anyone out there with a solution for this? Would like to use it live since it’s extremely powerful using the shift toggle, but cannot use it because of MIDI note getting sent.

Anyone an ideas how to fix or get around the problem?

exactly the same problem here and this is really infuriating, filled a support ticket 3 weeks ago never got back to me. no good.:thumbsdown:
