Midifighter Shipping and Tax (Germany)

I know, there are some threads about shipping, but I couldn’t find one about the Midifighter. If there is: sry, shame on me :wink:

I’d like to buy two Midifighters but I’ve got a few questions:

  1. How much would shipping be and how long would it roughly take to Berlin, Germany?? (The cheapest international shipping option)
  2. Do I have to pay any fees (taxes)?? How much would it be??
  3. Is there a tax-related difference between an assembled Midifighter and the DIY-Kit?? (I would buy the assembled version, if there’s no difference)
  4. Do Midifighters ship with usb-cables??

In my case shipping (First Class International) to Berlin is $22.80 USD (~ 17€).
