tupperware looks like a sick idea for a make-shift case. Thanks for sharing!
Wow, thanks for sharing man, I’m going to build this one!
I didn’t know you can also use a numpad for this!
This Controller is only for testing. I´ll try to build up a bigger one
Like this one. Then with a better case.
What about one longish one along the bottom of the vestax
Nice one - I hope you left enough space to carry a couple of sandwiches? ![]()
a long strip of buttons under the vestax rather than on the sides would make more sense from an ergonomic stand point… unless you don’t do/wont be doing cue point juggling.
that looks sick! how easy was it to build?
Can you do a build tutorial ![]()
yes!!
cheap an clean as hell
Excellent. Yes please do a tutorial if you can, your project seems ‘simple’ enough for people like myself who don’t have a clue about this kind of electronic magic. If you cant’, too bad, but thanks anyway for the thread.
nice you could hook more buttons up, right ?
bump for tutorial
Ok i wrote a small tutorial in the next days.
greetings
you magnificent bastard! I eagerly await it. thank you!
Here is the Tutorial:
First take a cheap Numpad.
I tooked this one from Slimlink.

Numpads has really small Controlboards.
First you had to find out which Button is soldered to which pin. I wrote the numbers to the foil.
My controller has the soldering for the Buttons (Numbers):
Number 1: C11 R2
Number 2: C12 R2
Number 3: C13 R2
Number 4: C11 R1
Number 5: C12 R1
Number 6: C13 R1
After soldering with a soldering bolt it looks like this:
Some Notebooks need the Num Lock Button to activate the Numpad. So just put an extra button to the controller.
Button Num Lock: C11 R4
Put this all in a case and it will be ready.
greetings
nice one - really simple ![]()
The lunchbox of champions!
This should be posted on the Blog.
