Mixtrack right jogwheel sticky

Just got a numark mixtrack and the right jogwheel is really sticky on the bottom half of it which sucks for scratching and adjusting the track. Should I just return it to numark/ask them to fix it or has this every happened to anyone before?

I to have a Mixtrack. I wouldn’t say “sticky” but I noticed my left jogwheel was a bit tougher on the bottom half also, however I am pleased to say it has gone now?

Anyway, if it persists I would send it back as it is faulty and they should repair/replace anything depending on how long ago you bought it?
