Moving A Traktor Collection Between Computers

Was wondering what’s the best way to go about transferring my tracks from one computer to another?
I’ve read/heard that you can move your collections as long as the files stay the same name and you’re using the same folders etc. Would prefer to be able to re-sort some tunes once on the new CPU.

Tips?

Copy the Traktor folder over from my documents to the other computer. Copy your tracks over and change the folder location in the preferences.
