4th: Bridge 2.0

7th: SSL & Itch becoming one (very long shot)
Been on Itch for just a few days, but could definitely say that I would love to see the Bridge already!
To be completely honest, being a Traktor/CDJ guy up to this point, I haven’t paid any attention over the last year or so and thought that this was a done deal already. I was surprised to find out that wasn’t the case!
I called it after NAMM 2011, the RANE booth was very hush hush about the TTM-57SL life. I asked about dual usb, or a 3rd empath or AUX getting the SP-6 routed and I just got the o’really, how do you know look.
its probably just dude fucking with itch going into ableton, but part of me feels like this might be some preNAMM marketing for the bridge for itch. time will tell
I will not be interested in Serato’s products until they combine SSL and ITCH into one program that will work across a variety of hardware. I imagine they’ll have to do this at some point…
Video in Serato is a plug-in that your purchase. That’s how it works with Scratch Live. I would assume it works the same — no one really knows right now.
I’d like to fire up my Twitch controller, load up a couple tracks, mash em up, then toss a record onto a turntable and start scratching on a third deck. That’d be ace.
Then turn on the Bridge and fire off some loops…
