Need help registering 2nd hand Traktor Pro 2 upgrade

What’s up DJTT? I just bought some Traktor serial #'s from a member here but am having troubles getting Traktor Pro to upgrade to version 2.

I started by installing the Traktor Pro DEMO I downloaded off CNET, which registered and works fine but when I click “Upgrade” in the Service Center only Traktor Pro serial fields are available with no Pro 2 in sight.

I went on NI.com to get a Traktor Pro 2 demo but no links have yet been sent to my email.

Has anyone else gone through this? I wish I had of known about the X1+Pro2 Double Deal, kicking myself hard now for not knowing about it.

I’m still having trouble upgrading to Pro 2. Still can’t get NI to send me a Pro2 demo download link and can’t find a place to upgrade within Service Center.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you bought Traktor Pro 2 serial or a Traktor Pro serial.

You cannot update Traktor 1 to Traktor 2 in Service Centre because it is a wholly separate application.

If you have a Traktor Pro 2 serial you can just activate the Demo.

The CNET Demo is for Traktor Pro 1.2.7 (the only one i could find).
If you have installed and activated that then you have not got a serial for TPRO2.

Please confirm what you have bought?

Also check your junk mail as NI mail is often trashed. The Demo link appears immediately.

I have both Traktor Pro and Traktor Pro 2 upgrade serial.

There is nothing in my junk mail folder unfortunately.

Edit: Sent it to a 3rd email service (gmail) and it was sent successfully. Thanks I will try upgrading the Demo of TP2
