New HDJ 1000s?
Anyone heard anything about new 1000s? I heard about the 500s but apparently the 1000s are going to get revamped also!

hopefully they improve the build quality because i went through 2 sets and both times the cable broke so that sound only came out of one ear…fail.
I was about to pick up a pair, I hear they tend to break at the joints but hopefully (maybe) the revamped ones will have a better build quality, but now for the waiting.
yeah i wouldn’t be surprised if they fixed it. the ones i had were the very first versions pioneer released, so teething problems as you’d expect (hope that doesn’t happen with S4 
i know it is a cliche but if you can afford a bit extra i’d go with the hd25’s, i finally got some 6 mo ago and they are really cool.
I have heard great things about the HD25s, I guess we will just have to wait and see

Hmmm I can’t figure it out, on some places it seems like it is just, as you said, new colors but others suggest they are fairly redesigned.
