New Modifiers in Traktor Pro 1.2.3

Hi,

Anyone knows how to use new modifier states in TP 1.2.3

Apart from usual 8 modifiers I can see other options such as Play/Pause, Is in loop, FX Panel Mode etc. What are the use of these? Can you give us some examples?

I have no examples and by the looks of it i’m not gonna use them for additional mapping possibilities, but i’m happy to see the options are expanding.

I assume for now these additional options have something to do with some mapping of the X1.

I can imagine that if you’re for example serious about looping and beatjumping it might come in handy to create a loop-modus where you can additionally assign buttons for loop specific functions like the beatjump and what not, without it costing you a modifier.

Mmmm… thinking about it, I DO find this a very interesting option to explore!

I’m just waiting for the update where they put back the learn option for the Output commands, cause it takes me a shit long time to map all the output.

i am actually hoping that thw kapatpult app for the launchpad can use these features to visualize the position inside a loop:
