Traktor pro 2 MIDI mapping and Modifier state

I have the Loop encoder on my Traktor X1 where once it’s pressed it sets a loop and when pressed OFF it clears the loop. Now i want to make a MIDI mapping in such a way that when i TOGGLE a button A ON (Let’s say Hotcue button 1 on X1), the Loop encoder then, once pressed OFF it activates a “Jump to PREVIOUS cue/loop” control, and once Button A is not pressed, the the Loop encoder once pressed, it activates a “Jump to the NEXT cue/loop”. Can this be done with Traktor Mapping. I really appreciate your help on that. thanks.

You should add one hold type modifier and assign different modifier states (values) for corresponding cue jumps. It’s pretty easy task, just google for Modifier Basics and it will lead you to DJTT blog article :slight_smile:
