New Psychedelic Trance Mix. Opinions!!!
So i’m new to mixing, thought id post up a ruff draft of some work i did tonight.
Feel free to leave some constructive criticism.
I don’t have my mixer at the moment, this is just my laptop and traktor pro 2.

ExTrCt I had a listen. The track selection is cool, but i find there is lots of added fx going on. Bare with me. Psy has so much already in really in high production fx that traktor’s stand out dramatically. And you used alot of them. Just my 2 cents. Maybe because it’s only half hour mix you’ve gone to town. Try more harmonic mixing so you can have two songs playing together for a longer period. also samples if you want to add more of your own flavour. Otherwise good and look forward to hear more from you 
yeah i did add a lot of different effects. Am i not suppose to do that?

agreed. try stretching the transitions out to about 2 minutes with psy and go easy on the effects. if you can nail that aspect you are on the right track 
also the last tune seems about 3db too quiet by the looks of it. keep it up mate. get some 60 min mixes together and send them to my group.

I have 3 sound clouds. I can only upload 1 hour and 20 minutes per account. Which isn’t a lot of time.
If i get good then i can upgrade my accounts to more time. But I’m just learning so i thought id use the free sound cloud accounts.
So i made bunch of accounts so i can upload more songs.
Im out of time on all my accounts lol. I’ll probably delete that mix and start over.
