NI Audio 8 and Traktor Scratch Duo 2

NI Audio 8 and Traktor Scratch Duo 2

Selling a Native Instruments Traktor Audio 8 DJ and Traktor Scratch Duo 2.

Tested only the outputs of the Audio 8, but I don’t see why the inputs wouldn’t work. It’s in pretty good condition except for some residue from a sticker or something on the top. Some of the sticker on the bottom side has been worn off as well.

There’s a screw hole for the metal loop thingy for security locks, but the loop is not there.

Seems to be in great condition nonetheless.

Traktor Scratch Duo 2 SHOULD get you a free upgrade to Traktor Scratch Pro 2 AFAIK. No guarantees on the upgrade to pro though.

Comes with some RCA cables, USB cable, and MK2 control discs. Control discs have not been tested.

Looking for 285 shipped for it all.

edit:
I just tested the serial key on my computer.

I have a copy for TP2 and just put int he key and it opened up as Traktor Scratch Pro 2.

Therefore, the key is up for sale again.

TSD2 Key: 100
NI Audio 8 and goodies (minus key): 230 shipped.

Price drop 325 shipped.

After further thought at the possibility that you may not get to upgrade to Traktor Pro 2, I’ll lower the price again.

From NI:
Yes that is a valid license. No only software registered with Native Instruments
Hardware is qualified for a free upgrade.
Their reply is a tad bit confusing since my CD for Traktor Scratch Duo 2 says Pioneer on it. I’m not sure if the hardware has to be pioneer as well or what.

Therefore, I’m lowering the price to 300 shipped.

possible ship to england?

Possibly, PMd you.

Bump

hmmm… for sale again?..

For sale separately.

I thought that you had to bundle them together, but I don’t have the Audio 8 on my account, and I had access to TSP2.

ahh, ok… you decided on what gear you are keeping yet?..I think i’m about set for a while until I can afford a cdj setup…but saving up for the macbook first…weddings are starting to slowly pick up now

Still waiting for someone to buy either my MC3000 or my X1 :stuck_out_tongue: I’d prefer someone to pick up the MC3000 so I can go back to an external mixer setup. I’d love some CDJs, but I can’t afford a pair unless I buy a pair of 350s which isn’t really worth it IMO.

yeah, i’ve debated over the years just getting a CDJ setup with hard-drive and leaving my computer at the house…DVS and technology has really complicated the process of DJ’ing and the cost associated with it. We save money on music BUT spend money on new computers that we have to have to DJ now…ridiculous

Forgive my ignorance, but are you supposed to have the original Traktor “multicore” cables to use with the Audio 8 or does it matter?

You can use normal RCA cables.

Hmm, pretty interested. I have Traktor Pro 2 but no Scratch (I use an S4)… though I’m interested in having control vinyls.

Thinking about buying your interface, and then buying the Software/Timecode kit from NI.

hmmm

Er, sorry, before I get yelled at… I realize I can use the S4 as a Scratch interface. I’m thinking of selling it.

You could just buy the whole thing from me, you only need vinyls, under the assumption that you’re getting rid of the S4 lol.

LMK!

Yes, but the brand new kit (license + vinyls + CDs) from NI is $119 as opposed to your $100 for license and CDs… works out about the same I suppose, other than guaranteeing I have new media

Unless I’m misunderstanding.

Sold, mods please close

Item received and is in good condition, everything appears to work fine (tested with MK2 CDs… haven’t tested with timecode vinyl yet but have no reason to believe it doesn’t work).

Thanks a bunch! Just wanted to post positive feedback somewhere.
