NI Took my money, but no serial?

NI Took my money, but no serial?

I just purchased traktor scratch pro 2 from the NI online store.
When the payment was done i got the message “Worldpay payment refused” but they took money from my bank-account? 69€ exactly and the description says “Germany, Computer Program” ?
I can’t se anything about it on my order-history or anything ..

This was about 10 min ago, what do i do now?
Please help ..

I guess i just have to wait. ..

Seriously man, there is a Native Instruments website. That is where their Support pages and numbers are.
Would it be too hard to look there ?
