Numark cue – no sound from mic when streaming

MY APOLOGIES IF THIS IS MISPLACED…PLEASE FORGIVE ME…

i have numark cue…its equivalent to vdj 7 ..

im running windows 7 …on my laptop…

when i am streaming …the music sounds great…

when i speak into the mic…no sound at all…none…

mind you , the mic works fine…it shows activity on souncard…

ive tested the mic several times…it works…

the mic , and the speakers are both on 44,100Hz cd quality…

i have no clue how to fix this…everywhere ive looked that give help…none of it worked…

im accepting any and all help…

Are you using a controller or mixer or just your laptop?

Also how is your microphone plugged into the computer?

No controller …no mixer…

Just the laptop → gateway nv53

the mic is plugged into the microphone jack…

Ok, start from the start,

To add to above post/question is laptop, and the is Mic showing input ok. (assuming you have connected it to the laptop)
Check your soundcard’s internal audio mixer?
It may be set to Mute on the output section.

its not set to mute…

it works fine on skype…it works fine in every virtual game i play…

its just when i am streaming…no mic sound whatsoever…

i changed the settings in my numark cue shown in the attatchment…

sry for just now responding …been out of town…
